Our Unique Savings Agreement customers enjoy regular maintenance inspections, discounts on repairs (both parts and labor), and discounts on purchases of replacement systems. Unique Savings Agreement customers save on lower costs in utility bills. Regularly maintained air conditioning systems have been proven to operate more efficiently, providing a cooler home with less power consumption. And regular cleaning and maintenance normally extends the life of your air conditioner and other home systems, meaning you’ll gain the maximum use of your system before repairs or replacements are needed.

Frequently Ased Questions

What is the difference between the Plan A I used to have and the new Unique Savings Agreements:
• Plan A was an annual repair contract. The Savings Agreements provide a discount off the service order invoice (labor and parts for any service visit made to your home).
• The Savings Agreements bank money toward the purchase of a new a/c system for each year of uninterrupted service: Platinum Plan banks $75 per year and the Gold $50 per year and Silver $25 per year of uninterrupted service.

If parts and labor are no longer covered then how much do I pay for my semi-annual maintenance?
• You receive two maintenance visits per year at no additional cost to you.

What is Extended Hours Maintenance charge of $24?
• This fee applies to anyone who is not able to schedule their maintenance within our business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. The minimal fee covers two maintenance visits that would be scheduled Monday – Friday anytime between 5pm and 6pm or Saturday from 8am – 4pm.
